Dumbwaiters
Over recent years, the electric dumbwaiters have become increasingly more common to the residential market.
Primarily used to move small amounts of materials, supplies, food, files or even groceries; dumbwaiters are typically designed to carry loads less than 750lbs. Dumbwaiters used to be commonly found in commercial buildings, and are now being added to the residential markets as a luxury item for ease of moving items between floors.
If not part of the original design concept, dumbwaiters can almost be added to any existing structure. Whether part of the existing structure or added to the design later, a dumbwaiter most certainly adds value to those looking for a little added convenience.
